We require a $100 deposit for all colour bookings or a $50 deposit for all Style Cuts, this deposit will be taken off the total amount of your bill.
We kindly ask that all reschedules or cancellations are made no later than 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Missed, rescheduled or cancelled appointments with less than 24hrs will result in the loss of your deposit in full.
Special circumstances and/or emergencies maybe considered at the discretion of the salon management team; your booking deposit will be retained or redeemable at your next visit.
You will receive an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment time.
